Whether your request comes from Ottawa, Puerto Rico, New York or any other part of Canada/USA, our regular mobile, depot, and remote rates apply. However we don't send invoices out of town for payment processing. Payment is due in full upon completion with a Canadian Visa or MasterCard. We'll provide you with a receipt by Fax or Email. A deposit might be required.

Mobile Service Rates

Repair Services: Computers, Laptops, Servers, and Networks

  • Often serviced the same business day.
  • Billed at $75.00/hr with minimum one hour of service.
  • After the first hour, billing is by the minute at $1.25/min.
  • No extra and no hidden fees.
In-Store Service Rates

  • Billed at $1.25/min with minimum 15mins of service.
  • No extra and no hidden fees.
